Cynthia L. Waisner, MBA, SPHR

Cynthia is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Catalyst Consulting Partners LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in organization development, leadership coaching, management training, strategic planning facilitation, structural alignment and conflict resolution for both not-for-profit and for-profit enterprises.

In addition to being an accomplished consultant, mediator, facilitator and leadership coach, Cynthia has also developed and taught graduate and undergraduate courses in marketing and management as an adjunct member of the faculties at several colleges, including: Chatham College; Notre Dame College of Ohio; Carlow College; and Ursuline College. Sample courses: Marketing Strategies; Creative Management; Organizational Behavior; and Marketing for Not-for-Profit Organizations.

Glen R. Waisner, MBA, PE

Glen is the co-founder of Catalyst Consulting Partners LLC. During his twenty-five year business career, he has held numerous executive positions, including:

• President of a $100 million family-owned consumer products manufacturer and importer
• Vice President-Marketing of a $5 billion energy holding company
• Vice President and General Manager of a start-up energy marketing business that he grew to $65 million in 18 months

Years of experience on "your side of the desk" has given Glen keen insight into the pressures and challenges associated with leadership in today's business environment. He has "been there and done that" with respect to many of the problems and issues facing you and your organization every day.

In addition to his executive experience, Glen also has years of consulting experience with clients around the world. Prior to co-founding Catalyst Consulting, Glen was Vice President of a Pittsburgh-based management consulting firm that specialized in helping its global clients grow organically. As a consultant to senior executives, Glen has worked with start-ups, family-owned businesses, non-profits, mid-cap manufacturers and Fortune 500 corporations in the U.S., Western Europe, China and Australia.
